In connection with the new format of the email update, we have also launched a Highland Staff Blog. The word “Blog” is made from the words “web log.” You can think of a Blog as an online journal, a place to share thoughts and ideas. We are using the Staff Blog site to categorize and archive the different elements of the weekly update, as well as share thoughts and ideas that don’t make it to the email update. One of the great features of the Blog is the ability for you post comments or questions directly to a specific article. For example, you can post your responses to Sue’s Family Challenges or ask Jason a question about an upcoming youth event. Check out the site. Remember, if you want to post a comment you have to register. After you register, you will also have the option to be notified by email every time there is a new post.
